Playground contract completed - now we're looking for more |

Dorset
landscaping company Banyards is looking to win more playground contracts
after completing a large renovation project in Bournemouth.
It installed exciting new play equipment at Redhill Park, including a massive dinosaur play unit featuring a rope bridge and monkey bar spine; a futuristic roundabout; a boat; swings and a football goal.
To create a safe surface, Banyards installed Wet Pour, an impact-absorbing, slip-resistant, synthetic rubber material, which helps cushions falls and complies with British safety standards.
Dan Rogers, landscape division manager at Banyards, said, "Where possible, we favour timber equipment, which is environmentally-friendly and looks fantastic - and a lot more is being made nowadays."
The Redhill contract was carried out in conjunction with Bournemouth Borough Council, which designed the playground and sourced the play equipment.
Banyards, which has more than 30-years' experience in landscaping and horticultural work, has submitted tenders for several more regional playground equipment contracts.
It handles everything from whole project management, to just supply, surfacing and the removal of the old equipment.
